Summer is ending soon.

I must enjoy the fleeting moments of fun.

And be disciplined.

However, this summer has been great.

Lots of eating healthy (elimination of salt, sugar, and white flour products)

Runs around the lake close by.

Late night movie nights with my mother.

It has been so great.
